A COLLABORATIVE POSTPARTUM EXPERIENCE BY EMPOWERING PEDIATRIC WELLNESS

Held.

One call. Everything handled.

In-home newborn care for the first three months — from a pediatrician who comes to you.

You will be discharged in 48 hours.

Then you go home.

The visiting nurse comes once, if you're lucky. You get a fifteen-minute pediatrician appointment when your baby is three days old, in a waiting room, with a car seat you can't figure out and a body that doesn't feel like yours.

And then you are on your own.

You are on your own at 3 am when the latch isn't working. You are on your own when the crying doesn't stop, and you don't know if it's normal. You are on your own when you can't remember the last time you ate something that wasn't standing up over the sink.

Everyone told you it takes a village.

Nobody told you where to find one.

"

Held is different.

I am a board-certified pediatrician. For the first three months of your baby's life, I come to your home.

Not a nurse. Not a different doctor each time. Me.

I weigh your baby on your kitchen counter. I watch a feeding on your couch. I answer your text at 9pm on a Sunday because you are not a patient number, you are a family I know.

And everything else you need in those three months — feeding support, mental health care, recovery, meals — I've already lined up, so you're never hunting for a phone number. The people you need are people I trust, ready when you are.

You make one call. That's it. Everything else is handled.

What's included.

Your pediatrician, at home

Six home visits across the first three months. Weigh-ins, exams, feeding checks, every question you have — in your house, on your schedule.

Weekly check-ins by text, and my number when you need it. Not a nurse. Not an answering service. Me.

Direct Access to me

Care for you, not just the baby

A private session with a perinatal mental health specialist — and I check in on how you are doing at every single visit, not just at the two month appointment.

A meal train, set up for you

Your community wants to help. I organize the meal train so you don't have to — you just eat.

A welcome basket, before you deliver

Delivered before your due date, so you have one less thing to think about.

The HELD Circle — you're not doing this alone

Every two weeks, a private virtual coffee with other HELD parents walking the same road — the 3am questions, the small wins, the "is this normal?" moments, shared with people who get it. Plus monthly community events with the wider Empowering Pediatric Wellness family. Because the village everyone talks about? We built it for you.

And we coordinate the rest.

Lactation support through your insurance benefit, pelvic floor PT, infant CPR, meal delivery, newborn photography, overnight doula support — I connect you to trusted professionals across South and Central New Jersey and the greater Philadelphia area, and add any of it to your experience whenever you'd like. One trusted person, holding all the threads. That's the whole idea.

I take three families a month.

That is not a marketing line. It is the honest limit of what one pediatrician can do while actually showing up at your door.

Held is not a package you buy. It is a small number of families I take care of personally, and when the spots are gone, they're gone.

If you are due in the next four months, now is the time to reach out.

I'm a board-certified pediatrician and a lifestyle medicine physician. I built Empowering Pediatric Wellness because I wanted to be the pediatrician every parent wishes they had — the one who picks up the phone, who knows your family, who has time. Held is the version of that for the hardest three months.

I'm Dr. Andre

Request a spot.

Held isn't a checkout button. Tell me a little about your family and your due date, and we'll set up a call to see if it's the right fit — for both of us.
